The SaaS-rental era is over
We built Shogo because the way teams buy software is broken.
You sign up for Jira. You spend three weeks customizing it. You hire a consultant. You use 5% of the features. And you pay forever.
Software is changing.
Self-evolving AI agents are becoming the new interface — they live inside your software, build it for you, and rewrite it as your needs change.
Shogo exists to bring that shift to every team.
No tools to learn. No systems to configure. No consultants. Just talk to Shogo — and own the software your agents build.
From Enterprise AI to AI for Everyone
Before Shogo, the founding team built Odin AI — an enterprise-grade agentic AI platform trusted by Fortune 500 companies and enterprises globally.
The same technology that automates workflows for the world's largest organizations could work for everyone — if the complexity were removed.
That insight became Shogo.
Shogo takes the same enterprise-grade agent architecture and makes it accessible through plain English.
- No API keys.
- No prompt engineering.
- No developer required.
Describe what you want — and Shogo builds both the agent and the interface.
Founding Team
Guru has spent nearly two decades building technology companies from the ground up. A graduate of Marquette University in Information Technology and Entrepreneurship, he transformed his passion for software into a consulting practice that began with small businesses and evolved into a 150-person firm delivering over 400 projects for clients across industries worldwide. This journey laid the foundation for the creation of Odin AI.
As CEO of Odin AI, he established the company to be a pioneer in enterprise AI — trusted by Fortune 500 companies and organizations globally to power mission-critical systems.
At Shogo, Guru is focused on a single belief: the SaaS-rental era is over. Instead of buying tools and customizing them for months, every team should be able to talk to an AI agent and have the software build itself — owned by them, evolving with them.
Russell has been writing software since he was thirteen. After an early stint mining Bitcoin from home in 2011, he moved to California and built his career across full-stack development, distributed systems, and machine learning.
As CTO of Tantra Labs, he architected algorithmic trading systems that managed over $250 million in assets and generated $3 billion in daily trading volume.
He then co-founded Odin AI, where he built the agentic AI platform from the ground up — a system now trusted by Fortune 500 companies to automate workflows across customer support, HR, finance, healthcare, and legal.
At Shogo, Russell leads engineering and the open-source agent runtime — the engine behind every self-evolving agent. He believes the software you depend on should be auditable, forkable, and owned by you, not rented from a vendor.
A more human future
We are building Shogo to help people spend less time navigating systems and more time creating, thinking, and living. With Shogo, we aim to:
- Enhance human creativity and expression
- Increase access to opportunity
- Enable people to focus on what truly matters
We believe this shift can help create a world centered on human well-being — one that is more balanced, more meaningful, and more sustainable.
Our North Star
A world where every team owns the software they use.
A world where AI agents build it for you — and keep evolving it.
A world without weeks of customization, consultants, and 5% feature usage.
A world where software adapts to you, not the other way around.
That is the future we are building with Shogo.
